Phone Verification
Every user verifies their phone number at sign-up. This simple step keeps fake accounts out and ensures every member is a real person you can reach.
Content Filtering
Messages, listings, and profiles are automatically scanned for phone numbers, email addresses, SSNs, and external links. This keeps all communication on-platform where it’s safe and traceable.
Location Privacy
Exact addresses are never shown publicly—only the approximate neighborhood. You’ll receive the full address only after your booking is confirmed and paid.
Payment Protection
All payments are processed through Stripe. First month’s rent is held until move-in is confirmed or 72 hours have passed. Security deposits are held in escrow and auto-refunded 14 days after move-out if no claim is filed.
Dispute Resolution
If something goes wrong, our admin team reviews chat logs, booking timelines, and payment records. Payouts and deposits are frozen during review so neither party loses out while we investigate.
Community Moderation
Our admins actively monitor the platform for policy violations. Members who break the rules receive warnings, restrictions, or permanent bans to keep the community trustworthy.
